MY HOUNDS - Kansil O Kee

Loke is a top Open class racer from Ireland and im standing him at Stud here. He's an easy-going, healthy and handsome fawn dog with a great temperament and the very best of breeding. Loke is available for healthy bitches.

Loke (also known as Boss) is standing at Stud here in Finland and enjoying his retirement from tracks on my couch. He was a very good race dog in Ireland over 575 & 600 yards. He comes from a strong (Favourite Tip/Lisnakill Flyer) damline and his sire is top producer Roanokee. I've wrote more about Lokes breeding and lines and also about his race career below.

This fawn boy is great with kids and other dogs, loves to cuddle and sleep on the warm bed. Loke also loves to walk and gallop with my girls and he's always ready to go.

If you are interested to hear more about Loke just contact me, he is available for healthy bitches. Thank you Allan Rutherford for everything, without you 'Boss' wouldn't be here.

BREEDING

Favourite Tip/Lisnakill Flyer Damline
Lokes dam Lisnak Barbie comes from a very strong and famous Irish damline, which is the one to beat. Barbies dam Lisnakill Flyer has been selected twice as the Brood Bitch of the Year in Britain (1993 & 1996). She has left two Derby winners (Shanless Slippy & Daleys Denis) to two different sires. She's also dam of the Reading Masters winner (I'm His) and many other Open winners.

Lisnakill Flyers litter sister has left Reading Masters winner & Irish St Leger finalist (Doyou Getit). This damline has left a big number of Open racers and winners including the brilliant brothers Droopys Maldini & Marco.

Barbie herself has left not only Kansil O Kee, but also dogs like Do You Hustle (Irish Midland Derby 1999 winner, TR at Mullingar 33.15-549m/600y, Peterborough Cesarewitch 2000 finalist), Time Midnight (Limerick Puppy Stake 1998 winner, Tipperary Cup 1999 & 2000 runner up), Kansil Gift (Guinness 575 2001finalist) etc.

Barbies sire Slippys Quest has left top broods like Annies Bullet, Ladys Guest, Faultless Quest, Split the Lock, Farloe Coaster. Slippys Quest himself was 3rd in the English Derby Consolation 1991 and his sire I'm Slippy won English Derby in 1983 and he has left a huge mark in pedigrees.

Temlee sireline
Roanokee was a top class tracker in Australia. He won Melbourne Cup 1997, Queensland Derby 1997, Eukanuba Cup 1996 and Gold Cup 1996. He was finalist in National Derby 1997, Coca-Cola Botlers Cup 1997, Top Gun 1997 and Eukanuba Cup 1997. Results from these finals are on Greyhound Data. Roanokee run only against the best and beat most of them. He also clocked one Track record.

Roanokees damline has left great runners. His dam sire is Irish import to Australia, Grove Whisper, whom you can find in the pedigree of Boomeroo, Most Awesome, Kantarn Bale etc.

Roanokees sire, New Tears, was Melbourne Cup finalist, track record breaker and has been very succesful stud dog. He is a dam sire of the famous Brett Lee, Big Daddy Cool, Exceptional and Carliste Jack. Also a sire of Light of Fire, Proper Tears, Northern Legend only few top trackers / Stud dogs to mention.

Roanokee himself has left numerous Open Class racers both in Ireland and Australia, for example Mustang Mega (The Bitch of the Year 2003 in Ireland, Irish Derby 2003, Irish OAKS 2003 and Cork OAKS 2003 runner up), Dalcash Black (The Sprinter of the Year 2003 in Ireland, TR 17.20/297m Harolds Cross), Mint Mojo (Group 1 Ladies Bracelet 2001 & Group 1 Winter Carnival Cup 2001 winner, Group 1 Golden Easter Egg 2002 runner up, Group 1 Melbourne Cup 2002 3rd). Now it looks like his daughters are starting to produce really fast hounds. Keep an eye on them..

Roanokees offsprings have run in almost all major finals in Ireland and England and over all distances. Many of them have also broke track records. Roanokee has bred both sissling early pace and strong staying ability.

Loke enjoys galloping!
