Finally I have something to write about our race dogs. We have few interesting youngsters starting their careers. Code (Do It Twice) is back from her bad injury and has had 3 races so far. No wins yet, but two 2nd places after strong runs over 520m & 280m and one 4th place after totally missing the break. Her next race will be on Sunday over 480m.

Demi (Anna Lee) out of Gypsys (Countrywide Vin) and Lokes (Kansil O Kee) Oct 2006 litter has had 2 runs. This girl seems to be a strong 500m+ dog and we look forward to try her over 520m & 560m later this year. Her two races so far were both bumpy runs at the 1st bend, but she finished 3rd and 2nd after finishing strongly. Next race over 480m on Sunday.

Tiuku (Daiga Doo) is coming from her seasonal break and will have her first trial on Sunday over 480m. Hopefully all goes nicely and she should be ready to start in two weeks.

Pepe (Yukon Gold) didn't chase when we got him, but he goes nicely now. He just qualified clocking 29.85 over 480m. Time will tell how he goes later this year..

Roos puppies are 8 months old and they all look Super! Very keen and aggressive, no nerves and size is ok. We look forward to race with them next year, we have two dogs at home at the moment. (Will sell the other).

Huh?! Winter is here but where's the snow and cold weather??! Haven't seen any and it's almost a New Year already! We would love to get the snowy, cold winters back we use to had. This "Irish Weather" isn't really nice.. Bloody rain and dark evenings.. and MUD everywhere!

Roo (Want More) whelped a healthy, really good looking litter of 4 dogs and 2 bitches on late October. Pups are now 10 weeks old and looking super! We're keeping one dog from this litter but I've made deals for both bitches to come back for breeding after their career's at track IF they can run. Time will tell but I'm sure they can..

Here's a fresh video of Roo & babies on the field today.

Happy and succesful new Year 2008 to everyone!

It's been very quiet racing year for us. Only 2 races for Roo (Want More) and seems like not any more coming until next year. Roo broke in season in the beginning of August and she has now been mated to Snowy Joey. We hope a lovely litter of future champions to be born in late October. Fingers crossed!

Kiila (Haynees Hope) from my first litter Toll Security x Countrywide Vin has had 2 races and she won both in a fine style! Well done Kiila & her owner/trainer Heini! Kiila might have a race or two before winter but she will compete more (hopefully) next year. Check Kiilas results here.

Percy (Ank Marvin) from the same TS x CV litter has won A4 heats over 460m at Henlow, UK. Last victory came by 6½ lengths in 28.13, brilliant run!

Here is plenty of hand slip & whirlygig pictures of Kansil O Kee x Countrywide Vin litter aged 10 months. Lovely bunch of very promising pups.

We have also a new race dog; Pepe (Yukon Gold) from the litter Roanokee x Droopys Maple moved to us this month. He's Oct 2005, fawn dog, quite small (around 30kg) but a really nicely build and lovely natured boy. Interesting winter coming with plenty of work with hounds..

Our youngster have been on their seasonal rest, so nothing much to tell about their schooling yet. Both have had one look at the tracks this year, next time Daiga Doo is in action at some point in July. Do It Twice injured her neck badly so it's very very unsure if she'll never make it at the tracks. Time will tell.

Roo (Want More) has had 2 races and in the latest one she got a cut in her left back leg, so atleast 4 weeks of now. Anyway she won her first race over 280m and finished 3rd in the second one which was an Open race, Raila Laine Memorial over 480m. Roo will be mated when she next time comes in season. Sire will be proven Staplers Jo dog Snowy Joey.

Puppies from our latest litter Kansil O Kee x Countrywide Vin are 8 months old today. All have had their first look with the lure on the gallop. All are chasing hard, so no worries at this point.

Spring is here and racing season will start again in the beginning of May. Dunno yet if we have dogs ready for the first month or so, girls and their problems you know.. But at some point we will finish the schooling of bitches Do It Twice & Daiga Doo.

We lost one dog pup in a tragic accident few weeks ago. R.I.P Shamrokee "Supi".

Ank Marvin has done nicely going up the grades at Stow. We're planning to go and see him run some day. Fingers crossed "Percy" will win many more races for his owners.

Gypsy's (Countrywide Vin) pups are growning fast and doing great. They are now 9 weeks old and soon moving to their new homes. One male & one female are still available for sale.

Gypsy (Countrywide Vin) whelped a huge litter of 12 (6+6) on 21st Oct to Loke (Kansil O Kee). Pups are now 4 weeks old and all eleven (we lost one male) are doing great! They're all blues or white&blues, very lively and noisy puppers, lol. Few still available and rearing is possible if You are interested. Puppy pictures here.

All others are doing just fine too, we have a winter break from racing until April/May 2007 so plenty of time for our youngsters Code (Do It Twice) and Tiuku (Daiga Doo) to mature.

Roo was a runner up in the OAKS! She won her 1st round heat in 28.88 (480m) and I was hoping her to improve her clock in the final but it was a messy first & second bend for others but the winner. Anyway I'm very pleased in Roo's back straight pace and because of that she finished second. Winner Cream'em Mate stopped the clock at 28.99 and Roo 29.04. OAKS Final results. Roos starts this year so far when two race days to go before the winter: 8: 2-4-1.

Gypsy's pups from her last summers litter to Toll Security have started their schooling. They've shown some promise from the first steps around the tracks. Haynees Hope clocked a brilliant 17.08 over 280m and it was her FIRST TIME EVER from the boxes (TR 16.44)! Do It Twice did 17.48 and pups in Ireland are also under the qualifying times over sprint. And they're only 14 months old.. Fingers crossed they'll stay healthy and injury free.

Gypsy is in pup to Kansil O Kee and pups will born during the week 42. Can't wait!!

Roo did a brilliant job by winning her 5th race this year in a superb time 16.39/280m! The time is second fastest ever after the track record 16.33 held by Mr Moose (Mr Pickwick x Ullid Citrate). This was a super run from Roo, She trapped great and led all the way winning by about 4L. See results.

Gypsy has now been mated to Loke, more info on 'Puppies' page.

I'm terribly sorry for the delay in updating this site.. Won't even try to explain! :D

Roo (Want More) has started her racing season really well, although very late this year because of her seasonal rest. She has 4 starts in her card now and 3 of the heats have been in Grade 1 (highest) company. Can't blame her to lose few lenghts to the fastest males in this country, her placings are 5-2-2-3. Not bad in that company and her times have been really good and her early pace is definitely one of the best here!

The OAKS starting on 27th Aug is the competion we are looking forward. The field and trap draw will be online the week before the first round but there will be some bitches to beat for sure. Let's hope Roo stays fit and sound and can give her best when it's time.

Gypsys litter to Toll Security is 13 months old next monday. Up to this date all are doing great and learning the routines of a racing dog. 3 out of 7 have been given a hand slip after a track lure (drag has been tried first) and gsus they're chasing mad! We're taking slowly with them now on but atleast we know these 3 chase. Can't see any probs with the rest of the pounch in this area either.

Gypsy broke in season yesterday and she will be mated to Kansil O Kee who has one litter on the ground age of 6 month. Lovely and beautiful pups and we're looking forward to produce more champions. ;)

I'm happy to tell you that Code's broken toe has healed perfectly and we've now started to keep her off the lead again. Poor Code has been little bit confused and hasn't yet understood that she really can run freely again. It's good though that she's been taking it easy at first.

Roo is coming back from her seasonal rest. She trialled last week at Hyvinkää over 480m and clocked a smart 29.14 on a track running slow (like it always does on trial nights). Fingers crossed Roo stays sound.

My first litter bred last summer in Ireland will celebrate their one year-old birthday next month. I'm already panicing and shaking how they will school and can they run at all! Luckily Code has been the only one with bigger injury, hopefully this situation won't change. Good luck to all owners with their babies, take it easy and enjoy!

Good & bad news. First the good ones. 3 girls from Gypsys litter to Toll Security were having their first look at the drag lure last Sunday and all 3 chased keenly and killed the 'bunny' afterwards. I'm very pleased and I have some pics for you from the gallop here.

The bad news are that Code broke a toe from her left front leg when running off the lead. She will meet the specialist (Vet) on Monday and the toe will be amputated. If everything goes well the amputation shouldn't affect her ability to run nor her speed. Fingers crossed.

Easter holiday went nicely. We travelled to the countryside to enjoy the peace & quiet with my parents and sister + their dogs. Gypsy found a hare when walking on the field and had a good chase after it. Luckily she didn't hurt herself too badly, as you all know, there's always risks involved. Exspecially with older dogs.

Everything is great with pups & our only racer Roo. Here's a fresh shot of her (more pics).

Finally I got enough time to finish this english site. Hopefully you former readers haven't totally forgot us, thanks for the patience.

Loke sired his first litter which was born in January and that's one of the biggest news for the new year. You can find photos of those lovely pups here.

All dogs are doing just fine, pups have grown a bit (Thank God, lol!) and soon it's time to start galloping Roo more. Racing season here starts in May.
